180-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every order of Magnesium Freeze™ from The Health Bureau is covered by a 180-day money-back guarantee. Use it for up to six months. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase.
How to request a refund
- Email info@titansystemsadvisory.com within 180 days of the delivery date with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- We will confirm your request within 2 business days. In most cases you do not need to send anything back. If we do ask for the jars to be returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
What is covered
- The full product price of your order, including multi-jar bundles.
- Original shipping charges are refunded if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Otherwise shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they ship. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it falls under the 180-day guarantee above.
