Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping options and rates

Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout on qualifying orders. Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships and may be longer during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Your Order page. Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email info@titansystemsadvisory.com as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please allow 48 hours and check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Packages that arrive damaged are replaced free of charge; please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
